Ours is a boutique practice located in Ramat Hasharon; in addition, we are partnered with veteran Jerusalem practice Oron & Co. in the brand “Baum Oron Attorneys and Notaries” and we also have a joint practice in Haifa.
We also see clients at the Link Hotel in Tel Aviv; we are among the boutique legal practices practicing in the field of civil law. Our practice specializes in the fields of family and inheritance.
We provide legal support in simple and complex sales transactions, support owners in self-builds, support apartment owners in urban renewal projects, including Tama 38 projects, and vacate-renovate (pinui binui).
Our practice has been selected and has provided legal services to the Tel Aviv Municipality for over 7 years, to the Municipality’s highest satisfaction

Additionally, our practice has knowledge and expertise and numerous proven successes in the field of inheritance and estates and draws up family agreements, wills, execution of estates, including representation in divorce, dissolution of partnership/prenuptial agreements etc.

Notary Services

Adv. Baum has been authorized by the Ministry of Justice to verify, confirm and edit certain legal documents which legally require these actions by a notary only. The practice works with certified translators who also translate documents into Greek and English, or any language required by the client/ The practice uses a courier service to obtain stamps and apostille certificates quickly from the courts. The practice specializes in providing professional, efficient notary services, with full consideration of the client’s needs and comfort. Notary Translations

Notary translation is the translation of a document from one language to another, which has been authorized by a notary, with the aim of being presented to a certain entity which has no knowledge of the language of origin.

Apostille Certificate

Apostille is a country’s official certificate – given by the court by a country clerk. It is used to certify that a document has been authorized and can be accepted in other countries. The apostille stamp is an important step in this process, since it confirms that the document was properly certified.

True to the Original/Certified Copy

An attorney’s or notary’s True to the Original stamp – one of the common certifications provided by a notary is a notarized confirmation that a copy of a document is identical to the original. The significance of the certification is that a copy of a document is identical to the original. The notarized certification is given by a notary after the original has been presented to him and he has compared it to the copy and found that they are identical

Notarized Will

A notarized will is a will drawn up before an attorney who is also a notary. According to the Inheritance Law, a will drawn up before a notary is a will which, in terms of its prestige and legal standing, is identical to a will drawn up before a judge in court and therefore, if the notary drawing up the will follows the rules meticulously, is very hard to contest.

We represent clients holding rights in transactions in the field of urban renewal. Out practice has supported, and supports, a significant number of urban renewal projects in the cities of Tel Aviv, Ramat Hasharon, Holon, Petah Tikva and Ramat Gan.
